Leaving

Neither everyone is leaving to overseas nor they are leaving to somewhere to countinue studies but they are leaving us to origin where they have to start everything again. It sounds familiar right?
SAM just started for 3 months but my fellow classmates are decreasing from 34 to 28. What a great programme rite, so many people quit. Today one of my classmates left us and go for ICPU because of her dad. This is because her dad thinks ICPU might be easier for her and there is no express class and hence it might be easier for her to cope with. Others left and go to sunway or take rest. My physics teacher says that, there might be a quite a number of people that will be sent home after mid year.

Yesterday, i got back my chemistry paper and my chemistry suddenly asked us a question: Why we need to talk exams?
According to his's professor: We want to filter out the stupid one.
This sentence is first mentioned by his professor's professor. He is a quite straight forward people because he talks a super straight forward such as the sentence i mentioned above. But, a straight people is always better than people that may be good to be in a second but they might turn into other devils in another second. There are many such people in my class. Everyone is kiasu and kiasi. They would not teach you and would not help do things such as photostating. I even go to photostat and pick it up at the centre everyday. Fine to these such people!!! I feel like i do not stand even a small thing for staying there. The only one fellow that is reliable becomes unrealible. Eveything is changing.

Darma, you are wrong, they still do bad things at me.

By the way, my friend who left us get to hug her love ones while the fellow opposite sex from her do not know that she likes her. I feel so great for her at least she has done something that she wanted so much.

Band National competition is coming soon and i think i am not going there as i am having exams on that time. A week after that, there is nother competition (asq 2008). Please support Danny which comes from the same state and secondary school as me. I hereby hope he can make it until final. All the best.

2008 national competition.

since the time has come for 2008 National Band Competition, i hereby wish everyone luck and obviously, more proportion will be given to SWADAYA-IANS since i was one of the member also. It is neither a short nor a long time since i have left them almost 1 and a half years. But the worst thing is i did not go back there almost a year. (miss them so much but so sad, no time to go back). Hence i got no idea at all, what is happening in my band and this makes me could not catch up with them. I wish and hope i can go to their competition as their supporter again but the sad thing arises again because my mid term is coincidence with the band competition.

There is a mixture of unpredictable feelings came down when i see thepicture below. We stood under the sun together for three days in a week until got sunburn, we stood in the mid when monsoon, we sweat no matter how, we got punished together, we go for trip together, we smile and laugh together and the most important thing is we put our heart together in our band for at least 5 years. AND this is how we are.

Many parents do not support us at all because they think we are doing the incorrect things and it may interrupt in other way such as in academic. Sometimes, I do support this statement (i means when i was junior) but my mind set has changed when i became a senoir. I learnt how to work as a team member. Band is like a small community, everyone has to cooperate together and this is the only it works. Vice versa, band will not be formed if there is only one member in that.

Please practice smartly. As your ex-kebajikan, i would like to mention please take care of your health because this period of time is the most important period for you guys. You guys have been practising for at least 7 months just for this competition, and i think you guys do not want to waste your seven months just like that. This competition only gives only 11 minutes to show off, if you wasted the time that means this is another gone case.

Hereby, i want to say i am glad that i was one part of swadaya because not everyone has the chance to be a band member. Eventhough, this is the most difficult time to be passed through but you think you can means you can do it no matter how many obstacles you have to go through.

ONE BAND, ONE SOUND, ONE FAMILY. AND GOOD LUCK TO SWADAYA-IANS.

royal belum temenggur trip.

finally i made i way there. It was super trip accompied by other excellent 13 students. Royal belum is located somewhere around between the border of kelantan and perak. we took 4 hours to reach there. the journey was boring as we don't even recognise who is in our van. As a result, our van was super "diam". But, i get to know one of them who likes to read national geographic magazine as me. His ambition is to be a photographer but i wonder why he is taking SAM (bioscience class).
Let me explain what i did in three days time:
Day 1:
we reached there about 11o'clock on the morning. i thought we are going stay in good chalet because they charged us 550 bucks for the trip but my physics teacher said we are going to stay in a campsite. Omg, it was second time staying in a campsite, cannot imagine it. the weather was super hot. the funniest i ever done. guess what happened? i fell down three times in a day due to the slippery down. First, fell down at jeti because the sand there too lembut. 2nd at waterfall because i wanted to soak my leg in ice water, but i fell again in the water, whole thing got wet nothing left. 3rd time, fell when i want to get in the boat. OMg, i think i have faith in falling down in royal belum. i am required to hike the mountain in order to reach to the waterfall, baru sampai kena buat kerja macam ni. haiz. the waterfall there was wonderful and i was accomponied by nice lunch there. i didn't aspect good meal but i got the one better than what i imagined. then, we went hiking again to see obeservation tower where all the researchers stay there and salt lick. In order to get there, i have to cross a swing beridge. Belief me, it was really swinging. guess what, my physics teacher lick sulfur into his mouth but i told him to smell. Then, i told me to bring some back to our campsite for snake prevention. then, we were waiting for the wether to turn better because it was too hot. when the time came, we went back to our campsite but it rains in the way back. eventhough, my boat has roof but the rain come for front and it equals to nothing. By the way, it means that my belongings become wet and my magazines got wet. it took us more than one hour to reach the campsite, can you ever imagine how big is the lake is? do nothing at night because our programme was cancelled because it was raining and our group is too big so it is suitable for animal tracking.

nice waterfall but tired of hiking.

observation tower.

Obviously, it is not my leg but i got 9 bites from lichers.

Fear-factoring.

Day 2: Went for jungle trekking for 6 and half hours.

could you imagine trekking for 6 and half hours? i really had fun as environment there was super good and trek with a bunch of people whose have the same mission as i am. first, when we reached there, we actually saw a fresh elephant dung. Mr neal a.k.a. activist has actually called us to hold it and no ones actually does that. But since we have paid for that trip, so just do whatever crazy there and i actually hold it. It smells like nothing because elephants are vegetarian. A few steps after that, we saw tiger footprint. There were a lot of "obstacles" for me when i was trekking... uphills ,downhills and so on. actually i found out that there are many natural resources that can be used in daily life in "jungle". to cut the story short, we reached there after few hours later but we do not "yuan" with rafflesia because the rafflesia was partially dead. I almost fall down from the mountain twice. Kalau aku jatuh, matilah aku. Luckily there are gentleman who have helped me from dropping off. Camera can be a disturbance when you go for hiking especially you are wearing pants without pockets. The way went back to the jectty was much easier then because we were using other way. My energy have been used up when the way going up. So, we took a rest in the middle the way of waterfall and jungle. Water keep flowing around my leg and this actually enhanced my energy i had. Had a good lunch: ikan, ikan masin, ayam, sayur and fruit and the most important one is rice. Nothing much happened at evening, we wanted to go to orang asli settlement because our programme was ruined by heavy rain and we started distributing food and baju into packets. By that time, i get to know new friends from other class and we played games together. Finally, we end that day by watching some video clips about how to conserve this world and trip is Ba Kelalan which is located in Sarawak and almost border to Kalimantan. I plan to go there late on this year.

elephant dung, can you see there is a small plant grow on the dung?

Mr. Neal a.k.a activist

Dont care ed, just step on it.

before it turns into rafflesia, it is a cabbage.

gooddy bags for orang asli.

my physics teacher with his sarong.

Day 3:
It is time to go back to reality. By the way, we stopped at orang asli settlement as we planned earlier. There were many rules and regulation to be followed when you are talking to them:
1: do not ask questions that require them to think because they will get angry easily.
2: cannot laugh.
3: cannot simply take picture. (they want $$ from you)

then, we visited them and passed some nesscery stuffs to them. then, we played (sumpit). this is one of their so called machine for them when they want to hunt animals. Say sayonara.

i played this, but there is no evidence for that.

the dog is being tied up because of its hyperactiveness.

last shot.

I feel so depressed when we were on the way back to jetty because i feel like i cannot stay here any longer. I wish i can stay there for longer time eventhough there has no much facilities. we have not generate electricity by using generator, lack of water or even they have that one might be like ice water. I like the place there so much except for trekking. I wish i could go there again and i hope my next destination is in Ba Kelalan with a bunch of people who have the same mission as i am.

I took two weeks to write this post. Finally it is done.

photos were taken by steven a.k.a our photographer.

Glasgow

The word above sounds nice right? Ya, he left us for educational purposes since yesterday and only will be coming back one year later. For me, one year is a super long duration. I cannot predict how i am going to playing badminton during the weekend, and no people will be encouraging when i feel down. He has done so many things for me but i feel like i did not do anythings for him.

Waiting you to come back and have good time together.

lack of money.

Can you imagine when you are living in a world that makes you crazy? I bought just few things (barng keperluan) and it costs me almost 200 bucks. this is crazee. So, how i am going to survive in this world that requires me to spend money more wisely since i am such a money waster.

just now went to sunway pyramid and saw one of my junior. I think he is most probably go for hairstylist course since he was there for the charity drive under cut above. I had korean meal as lunch. I think the restaurant is a fusion of japanese and korean foods because it does not look like a japanese or korean restaurant itself. Another nice food to be introduced here is there Bi Bim Bak. Actually i do not know there real name of the food, this is just roughly. Basically this food is healthy food as it consists of a lot of veges, chicken, egg and last but not least is the rice. Then, went to akima, uchi, japanese food fair, jusco and a lot. Finally i bought things that i wanted so much and is required for the perak.

Countdown: 5 days to peark. Photos will be uploaded soon when i come back.
